Learning organizations do not exit…… yet. Great organizations are made by people who continuously learn and who change their organizations accordingly. However, for the organization itself to learn requires a memory that is accessible to all its leaders and participants.
A learning organization’s collective intelligence is readily available whenever and where it is needed. It can easily be used and adapted to a rapidly changing context. Its structures foster transparency, creativity and productivity. Its processes are lean, agile and flexible, and enable constant learning and responsibility.
Phase two provides two packages that can be used separately:
Package one contains the software to support this type of organization.
Package two additionally provides a coaching and leadership development implementation module.
Both packages are in development and will be launched in 2014.
